Publications is the editorial project of the Pan-American Observatory for the dissemination of investigations and projects fostered or developed by the Observatory.

It covers the edition of a publication which reveals the results of the OPPTA competition together with the documents developed by the observers during its preparation phase as well as all the information related to the Debates, Workshops and Priority Action already completed.

Publications also includes a project dedicated to special editions, always related to investigations or projects initiated through the Observatory Network of Projects or members of The Scientific Committee who are working in related fields.

The Pan-American Observatory is under the copyright and licensing of Creative Commons, a tool which facilitates the distribution and use of content within the public domain. Pan-American Observatory uses Creative Commons licensing for WikiPan as well as for Publications, generating a legal framework which enables distribution and use of content, recognises copyright, quotes the work and states its restrictions.
